Catahoula Conquest

Catahoula coffee is my new addiction. Ok, maybe addiction is too strong of a word, but other coffee doesn't seem to taste as good to me now that I have tried theirs. Starbucks tastes, well, burnt. Catahoula is a lovely little cafe that opened in Richmond recently, with a beautiful roasting machine and bright colors that just invite one in. I highly recommend purchasing their beans, which can also be shipped I think. Now if only they had a drive through....
