Yellow Belt Achieved!

Yesterday Jackson took his test at Tae Kwon Do for his yellow belt. He did a series of 10 movements, two kinds of kicks and broke a "board" (ok, a sheet of balsa wood) with his foot. He kept asking me " What kind of wood was that? It felt kind of soft." I don't think he was buying that he was so strong he broke a wood board. He did really well, the other kids in the class were really impressed and I was so proud I could have burst. I love all the "Thank you, sir" and "yes, sir" that they say to the teachers.
